All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods include:

Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within Malaysia and Singapore only.
Shipping fees:
- West Malaysia: RM8
- East Malaysia: RM16
- Singapore: RM30 (first kg)
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
S PLUS Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
5. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, intimate wear is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless:
- The item received is defective, or
- The wrong item was sent
Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with tags
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
